Tracy brings over 30 years of innovative, energetic leadership in building public-private partnerships on behalf of civic and arts communities. She also has expertise in raising and leveraging and raising private donations and public funds to achieve imaginative new projects and enhance existing foundational structures. Tracy spent over 20 years as the Executive Director of the Seattle Center Foundation. During that time she played a key role in successfully raising over $72M in private funds and over $50M in public funds during a major capital campaign to help revitalize the Seattle Center, allowing it to become the city's most recognizable attraction. Tracy also lead the effort to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Seattle World's Fair, where she managed and raised funds for a six-month celebration with over 400+ events.
